## Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1‑3 business days].
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

## Shipping Time & Delivery
All items are shipped from our overseas fulfillment partner / warehouse in China.

- United States: Standard shipping [7‑14 business days]
- United Kingdom: Standard shipping [8‑16 business days]

Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier peak season, customs clearance or unexpected events.

## Shipping Cost
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination country.
Free shipping threshold: Orders over [$75 USD] qualify for free standard shipping.

## Customs, Duties & Import Tax
International shipments may incur import duties, VAT or customs fees.
These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by our store. We cannot predict or control customs charges.

## Tracking Number
Once your parcel is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
Please allow 2‑5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

## Lost / Stolen / Damaged Package
- If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to our support within 14 days of "delivered" status.
- Damaged goods: Photos of damaged item and outer package are required within 7 days upon receipt for claim support.
- We are not liable for packages seized by customs due to local import regulations.

## Shipping Address
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing payment.
We cannot guarantee address modification after order has been dispatched.
