Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time and Delivery
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner or warehouse in China.
- United States: standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
- United Kingdom: standard shipping typically takes 8-16 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier peak periods, customs clearance and events outside our control may cause delays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination and order details. Orders over $75 USD qualify for free standard shipping where this offer is available at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Import Tax
International shipments may incur import duties, VAT or customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout. We cannot predict or control customs charges.
Tracking Information
After your parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot find it, contact your local post office or carrier first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan.
- For damaged goods, send clear photos of the item and outer package to us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the claim.
- We are not responsible for packages seized by customs because of local import regulations.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing payment. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been dispatched.
